Kellogg's Nutri Grain Series Trials

Surf Life Saving Australia has announced the dates and location of the trials for the 2010/11 Kellogg's Nutri-Grain Series.

Date:  18 - 19  September 2010

Location:  Tugun SLSC

The event is open to all proficient members of a Surf Life Saving Club, who are Bronze Medallion holders, and are at least 16 years of age (due to ski events).  The event will determine 8 of the competitor places for the 2010/2011 Kellogg's Nutri Grain Ironman Series.

Races will be approx 40 minutes in an M shaped course.

Coolangatta Gold 2010

The Coolangatta Gold, Surf Life Saving Australia's premier Ironman endurance event, will be held on the Gold Coast on 7th November 2010, and this year the start and finish will be at our beach Kurrawa.  Make sure to get down on the 7th of November to catch all the action.
