Includes soft drink & alternate drop of steak or chicken schnitzel (both served with chips and salad) & garlic bread to share

- Full payment is required at completion of the below forms. 
 - Reimbursements from fundraising proceeds for the cost of the uniform packs only will be made from Thursday 7th March 2024.

- If you submit an entry form and do not compete at a carnival without notifying your coach of your intentions you will be invoiced for the full amount of your entry fee.
