Please note:

>Package prices quoted above are per person.

>Full payment for your accommodation package is required at completion of the below accommodation reservation form 
>Accommodation packages cannot be altered 

>If you require additional nights they will be charged at the full room rate.  Reimbursements from fundraising will only be for the cost of the package, not the additional nights.

>For reimbursement  of accommodation packages from your  individual fundraising please email Karen (surfaccounts@kurrawasurf.com.au) a copy of your accommodation receipt along with your bank details.

>Reimbursements from fundraising applies to competitors only. Unless the competitor is under 18 years of age and in this case reimbursement can be requested for the costs associated with the competitor and one parent/guardian.

> Reimbursements from fundraising will only be made on Club booked accommodation.

> Reimbursements from fundraising proceeds will be made from Thursday, 7th March 2024 up until Thursday 23rd May 2024
