Kurrawa Surf Club have seen two of our amazing athletes take out both the Nutrigrain Ironman and Ironwoman race at Round 3 of the Ocean 6 Series in Wollongong over the weekend.
It was a back-to-back win for Cooper as she belted down the final stage of the race to hold off defending champion Harriet Brown.
Matt Bevilacqua also took home the title of Ironman after winning the race for the first time in two seasons, beating a formidable field that included last year's series winner, Matt Poole, who came in a respectable sixth.

Both athletes have set themselves up in great positions for the remainder of the series and are definite contenders to taking out the title!
