Important Information
> Please take note of the cut-off dates for entries & accommodation registrations.
> If you don't require club booked accommodation, complete the below registration form for your carnival entry.
>Accommodation prices quoted are per person.
>Full payment for your chosen accommodation package/s is required at completion of the form unless you are utilising your fundraising to cover the full amount.
>Accommodation packages cannot be altered - members must pay in full for their relevant package whether they are staying the full number of nights or not
>For reimbursement from your fundraising please email Karen (surfaccounts@kurrawasurf.com.au) a copy of your accommodation receipt along with your bank details
> If you submit an entry form and do not compete at a carnival without notifying your coach of your intentions you will be invoiced for the full amount of your entry fee.
> If you submit an entry form authorising the use of your fundraising for accommodation costs, refunds can not be given after the close of the entry form. Furthermore, if you do not compete at the carnival you will not be refunded your fundraising either. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
