>For reimbursement of accommodation packages/flights/transport from your individual fundraising please email Karen (surfaccounts@kurrawasurf.com.au) a copy of your accommodation/flights/transport receipt along with your bank details.
>Reimbursements from fundraising for accommodation/flights/transport applies to competitors only. Unless the competitor is under 18 years of age and in this case reimbursement can be requested for the costs associated with the competitor and one parent/guardian.
> Reimbursements from fundraising will only be made on Club booked accommodation.
> Reimbursements from fundraising will be made from Thursday, 22nd January 2026.

Reimbursement of carnival entry fees
Kurrawa athletes can request reimbursement for their entry fees by emailing the proof of entry/receipt email to sportsadmin@kurrawasurf.com.au along with current bank account details. Please note that reimbursement will only be made up until 30 days after the carnival date, and only for early bird or normal entry fees. After this date reimbursements will not be approved.
