Accommodation
*Members will need to make their own accommodation arrangements for this carnival*
>For reimbursement  of one (1) night accommodation  from your  individual fundraising please email Karen (surfaccounts@kurrawasurf.com.au) a copy of your accommodation receipt along with your bank details.
>Reimbursements from fundraising applies to competitors only. Unless the competitor is under 18 years of age and in this case reimbursement can be requested for the costs associated with the competitor and one parent/guardian.
> Reimbursements from fundraising proceeds will be made from Thursday, 29th January 2026 for one (1) night accommodation.

 

Reimbursement of carnival entry fees

Kurrawa athletes can request reimbursement for their entry fees by emailing the proof of entry/receipt email to sportsadmin@kurrawasurf.com.au along with current bank account details. Please note that reimbursement will only be made up until 30 days after the carnival date, and only for early bird or normal entry fees. After this date reimbursements will not be approved.
